I gave numerous reasons for both sides of the coin. What I have noticed is those that are for no reparations never really address the numerous points I made about the "carryover" effect from one generation to the next.

I feel it is weak to just say well, the real victims are dead so what can we really do.

The first thing to really do is analyze what ripple effects have "carried over" from one generation to the next, and at least address those issues.
